Aftercare-By-Text from Aftercare.com is an automated program that helps funeral homes and cemeteries stay in touch with families during the first year following their loss. Families that are enrolled in the program receive caring text messages from the funeral home or cemetery on days that are meaningful, yet usually very difficult.
